Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you create with Cozy Chaos. Because our products are made and sourced in small batches and limited quantities, we’re unable to offer refunds. We’re happy to provide store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
Yarn and fiber must have labels intact and must not be wound, cut, or altered.
Kits, notions, and accessories must include all original materials.

Exclusions:
No refunds — store credit or exchange only.
Sale items, clearance, handmade goods, and custom or special orders are final sale.
Workshops and classes are non-refundable once registered, though credits may be transferred if you contact us before the class date.

Process:
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@cozychaoscraftco.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and item details. Once approved, you can ship the item back or bring it to our Coos Bay shop. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
