Shipping Policy

All orders from Cozy Chaos Craft Co are packed and shipped from our studio in Coos Bay, Oregon. Because our products are made and dyed in small batches, please allow a short processing window before your order ships.

Orders typically ship within three to five business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your package is on its way. During busy seasons or shop updates, processing may take a little longer.

We offer free domestic shipping on all U.S. orders of seventy-five dollars or more, calculated after discounts and before tax. Orders under that amount are charged standard carrier rates. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Free local pickup is available at our Coos Bay shop. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Once a package leaves our studio, it is handled by the shipping carrier. Cozy Chaos Craft Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments, but we’ll gladly assist you in helping track your order whenever possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@cozychaoscraftco.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
