Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you create with Cozy Chaos. Because our products are made and sourced in small batches and limited quantities, we’re unable to offer refunds. We’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange within thirty days of purchase.

To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Yarn and fiber must have labels intact and cannot be wound, cut, or altered. Kits, notions, and accessories must include all original materials.

Sale items, clearance, handmade goods, and custom or special orders are final sale. Workshops and classes are non-refundable once registered, though credits may be transferred if you contact us before the class date.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@cozychaoscraftco.com within thirty days of purchase. Include your order number and details about the item. Once approved, you can ship the item back or bring it to our Coos Bay shop. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
