Most orders ship from our Coos Bay studio in 3–5 business days. Print-on-demand items ship directly from our production partners and may arrive separately. Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+; standard rates apply below that. Local pickup is available for in-studio items.
Once shipped, carriers handle delivery. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll help track issues when possible. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@cozychaoscraftco.com within 7 days.
Because our items are created in small batches (and some are made-to-order), we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit or exchanges within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original condition.
