While are kits are easy to move from box to shelf, we ship some kits in two pieces for more efficient shipping. For these kits, the supplies will be shipped atop the flat kit boxes. Once you unpack your shipment, you can easily unfold the Craft Habit boxes and pop in the kit supplies.
Each of our kits are designed and assembled in-house to give you and your customers the best possible experience. We're a small store, so we make each kit to order. If you have any questions or concerns, we're here to help!
Shipping & Returns
Most orders ship from our Coos Bay studio in 3β5 business days. Print-on-demand items ship directly from our production partners and may arrive separately. Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+; standard rates apply below that. Local pickup is available for in-studio items.
Once shipped, carriers handle delivery. Weβre not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but weβll help track issues when possible. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@cozychaoscraftco.com within 7 days.
Because our items are created in small batches (and some are made-to-order), we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit or exchanges within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original condition.
Final sale: sale items, handmade goods, custom orders, workshops, and print-on-demand products.
To start an exchange or credit request, email hello@cozychaoscraftco.com.
