Because our items are created in small batches (and some are made-to-order), we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit or exchanges within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original condition.

Before Cozy Chaos was a shop, a dream, or a studio full of yarn, there was a raccoon named Spinner—a creature of clever paws and a curious heart, born under the fog-drenched skies of San Francisco.
Spinner grew up in a wild patch of city where creativity bloomed like weeds through cracked concrete. Their family was a band of free-spirited makers, each one called to a craft. One shaped clay, another brewed soap, another painted sunsets on driftwood—but Spinner? They fell in love with the hum of fiber.
