Tiny ears? Check. Little wings? Absolutely. Ridiculously small fangs? Obviously. Come spend the afternoon turning fluffy wool into an adorably bitey little bat of your very own.
In this beginner-friendly 3D needle-felting class, you'll learn how to transform loose wool fiber into a freestanding sculpted creature using just wool and a felting needle. We'll walk through building the basic body and head, shaping and attaching the wings and ears, and adding the little details that give your bat its personality—including its face, tiny fangs, and our very important signature heart-shaped butt.
Along the way, you'll learn the fundamentals of sculptural needle felting: how to create firm shapes, join separate pieces securely, build dimension, add color and details, and make adjustments as your little creature starts developing a personality of its own.
We'll provide all of the wool and felting supplies you'll need, along with the tools to use during class. At the end, you'll head home with your finished 3D bat and the basic skills you need to keep creating your own needle-felted creatures.
No previous needle-felting experience is necessary. All materials are included.

How long are classes?
Most classes run between 1–3 hours. Exact times are listed on each class page.
Are classes beginner-friendly?
Many are! We clearly note skill level on every class listing so you know what to expect.
What’s the class atmosphere like?
Cozy, welcoming, and relaxed. We believe learning should feel supportive, not stressful.
Is there an age requirement?
Our classes are intended for adults (18+). Teens are welcome to attend when registered and accompanied by an adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to limited space and advance material prep, class fees are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us — we’re happy to help when possible.
What if a class is cancelled by Cozy Chaos Craft Co.?
In the rare event we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future class.
