Who needs paint when you have wool? In this hands-on Painting with Wool class, you'll use colorful wool fibers and a felting needle to create a whimsical little nighttime scene entirely from fiber.
Working inside a 5-inch embroidery hoop, you'll build your picture layer by layer, featuring an adorable wide-winged bat surrounded by a crescent moon and tiny stars, with mushrooms, greenery, and a little skull tucked into the scene below. You'll learn how to place and layer wool, blend colors, create defined shapes and edges, and add small details that bring your wool painting to life.
This is a great introduction to 2D needle felting, but it's also perfect for anyone who's felted before and just wants to spend a couple of hours making something cute, slightly spooky, and very batty.
We'll provide everything you need, including the wool, felting needles and tools to use during class, the base fabric, and your 5-inch embroidery hoop. You'll leave with your completed wool painting already framed in its hoop and ready to display.
No previous needle-felting experience is necessary. All materials are included.

Cozy, welcoming, and relaxed. We believe learning should feel supportive, not stressful.
Is there an age requirement?
Our classes are intended for adults (18+). Teens are welcome to attend when registered and accompanied by an adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to limited space and advance material prep, class fees are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us — we’re happy to help when possible.
What if a class is cancelled by Cozy Chaos Craft Co.?
In the rare event we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future class.
